This notice fulfils the transparency duty. Acknowledging it records that the person received the information; it is not blanket consent for processing that must be requested separately.

Data processed
Full name, email, telephone number, country and official identity-document number. Where access is for a company or other legal entity, its legal name, country and tax identifier are also processed, together with the identity and contact details of its representative. We also process the simple electronic signature, date and time, IP address, browser information, acceptance evidence, access activity and security or audit actions within the platform. No copy or image of the identity document is requested.
Purposes
To verify the declared identity of the recipient and, where applicable, the company and its representative; manage the invitation and member relationship; control access to confidential information; document the NDA; deliver the signed copy; protect the platform and maintain security and compliance records.
Legal bases
Steps requested by the person and performance of the access relationship, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests in protecting confidential information, preventing misuse and proving acceptances. Processing that requires consent will be requested separately.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, database, private storage and email providers may process data as processors. Data is not otherwise disclosed unless legally required. Where a provider involves an international transfer, GDPR safeguards will apply.
Retention
Identity and operational data is retained during the relationship and for periods needed to address liabilities. Evidence and the signed copy may be retained while needed to prove the agreement and compliance. Official identifier numbers are stored encrypted and administrative access to them is restricted and audited.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to legal@pignacapital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Automated decisions
Registration does not involve automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.
